Discover

A discovery call, a written brief, a research summary. We pin down the audience, the goals, the technical constraints, and the gnarly edge cases — before anyone opens Figma.

Weeks 2–3

Design

Wireframes for structure, mockups for surface. Two rounds of feedback, narrated decisions, and a design system you can hand to anyone.

Weeks 4–6

Build

Hand-coded WordPress on our managed platform. Real-device QA, performance budgets, accessibility checks. Staging environment with a friendly URL.

Week 7

Launch

A coordinated cutover, DNS handled by us, redirects mapped one-to-one. Then a 30-minute Loom and a written guide so your team is fluent on day one.

Optimize
